When I got it, it was "seas", I used a word that could be translated
"sea, ocean, lake, pond, etc.", essentially, any body of water, and so
the next person translated it as "large lakes", with a note that that
word includes also rivers connected to the lake, so the next person
translated it as "lakes and waters", and then it went to the river
motiff. :-)
