Right, there's a lot of those, but it's a different phenomenon from
UK/American/Canadian/Australian English. Those are long-established
dialects that are the majority, while in places like India, English is a
minority language, frequently new, which is heavily influenced by other
languages. It's a different environment, and one that is bound to cause
great diversity, since the other languages are quite different in
different places.
