I'd have to say no, at least if the speakers are human.  :-)  Only two
back vowels, and they're both low?  I suspect that your <o> would tend
to become mid, and that your <u> might tend to be unrounded, becoming
<e>.  Or perhaps <u> might become back, merging with <o>.
