Since I intend for players to actually try to get their tongues around
the Conlangs in my conworld, I am keeping this in mind, myself. However,
I think it's really a matter of personal preference--what is the intent
of the conlang? Is it "pure art"? In that case, it need follow only
those "rules" that appeal to the creator's aesthetic, and if the
aesthetic in question is "exotic", go for it. If it's to be tried by
non-cogniscenti [sic] of conlangs, then some accomodation to ease might
be worth considering.
