Yes, it does, and while that's what's predicted, there are actually lots of
four vowel systems that have /o/ instead of /u/ ([o] instead of [u]), which
caused me to first think of the idea. As Rob has pointed out, though, I wasn't
the first. ;) Nice system, Rob!
