Superscript w represents labialization, i.e., lip-rounding, as the /t/ is is /tu/, thus [t_h_wu:w] is one way of indicating /tu/ (altho, in my idiolect, I cannot detect any off-glide on the /u/, I detect [t_h_wu:]
