I say 'O meu bairro é bonito'. Ocasionally, when I write, I'll
ommit the article.
> tou no meu bairro. i am in my neighborhood. def art.
Hmmm, 'tou' must be the portugal's writing. We use 'tô' in
Brazil. Funny.
When we want to emphazise the pronoun, we may ommit the article
too. See the difference.
"Esse carro é meu" -> This car is mine (not yours).
"Esse carro é o meu" -> This car is mine (yours is that other).
