I'm not a Georgian, but I do live in Florida, and I
haven't heard anything of the sort (this is the kind
of thing that would make the news here, since the
immigration controversy is quite aflame here in the
South).

You are right, though, that such a law would sooner
pass here in Florida ('specially so in the big coastal
cities, like my current residence, Tampa, or
_ESPECIALLY_ Miami). And if such a law won't fly in
California (where I also used to live), it certainly
won't fly here in Florida.
