I done seen 'em, but I've never used one - they're only for the rare
situation where you don't want to risk spending all your money between
the time you write a check and the time you send it, and cash isn't a
possibility.
I like cash - I bought my electric guitar and amp with cash, and that
was like $1800 altogether.

I have a debit card, but it's on it's own account which only has $6 on
it - I pay for everything with cash, but then again I don't make too
many purchases where cash isn't a viable option.

I barely know what they are either - I would've thought that people
outside of N. America would know what they are at least, but evidently
they don't even *exist* elsewhere.
