I wonder why they never seem to fix v/u... it might save on wishywashy rules
like (sometimes v is used, sometimes u is used) when the _actual_ letter
never changed...

"Good for him" ("..her", etc.) are like that in English AFAICT.  "Good for
you" needs qualification either way (usually by tone, which is of course
invisible to email...).

Usually (on my computer) that error message means the computer already
thinks it's playing a sound (regardless of whether or not you're actually
hearing anything; if a music player crashes it sometimes for get to "hang
up" as it were so the next program can use the line)... When it happens to
me I have to reboot.  *shrug*

There's magic in my conculture too, but I haven't worked out the metaphysics
of it yet.  I know there ought to be several very different systems, all
based on a set of as-yet-undiscovered basics...

And I'm finding a need for a maglang in it...  I'm debating whether to
invent it _a priori_ or to use an existing language (Greek?) or artificial
dialect thereof...

I know I've seen at least one or two maglangs on here in the past... why
don't I hear about any anymore?  I'd like to hear what yall have thought of!
