Such a followup is unlikely to appear anytime soon. The
(eu)stress of renewed fatherhood has prevented me from doing
lots of fun stuff like an Optimality Theoretic account of Amman
Iar syllabification and stress assignment (and I assure you,
that is fun stuff to be doing!) and has limited me to random
comments of natlang phon-etic/-ological phenomena.
I'd really like to get my Shemspreg web pages put together, too,
but time for *that* bit of foolishness is dwindling rapidly.
