I was hoping *someone* would do this.   I don't have photoshop,
and even if I did, I wouldn't know how to use it.   I like the first
version (with the rays), but *really* dislike the brown.   I think
large fields of brown should be avoided at all costs on a flag.
Though I do see your point about softening the effect.   Anyway,
though, the, shall I say, clean-cuttedness of the design is more
what I was after.   Good work!
