Interestin question. Well, since Tairezazh is spoken on, among other planets, the Earth, the particular geographical spots presumeably already has Tairezan names. Ancient historians of the approriate specialization would know something of Phoenician colonization and Medieval French Feudalism (and so on for other historical processes connected with those places), and might refer to them by their original names, like we may apply a reconstructed Sumerian name to a pile of decayed bricks in Iraq. In general, the Tairezans happily squeeze foreign toponyms into the constraints of Tairezazh phonology, and sometimes also remove or add endings to make better fits with their inflectional system. Those two might be mangled to _Anzhu_ and _Kart Adasht_ if starting from the French and Phoenician respectively (and I'm correct in thinking that the Phoenician name of Carthage was _Qart Hhadasht_).
