I think you should look at Japanese. I don't know what interjections it has in
those cases, but I know it's a very interjection-rich language, and it often
has surprising ones.

Take your life as a movie: do not let anybody else play the leading role.

Itai! Itetetetetete.....! (itai = to hurt) = E. Ouch! F. Ouille ouille ouille!
Aïe aïe aïe! (Dans les cactus, il y a des cactus...)
Bikkuri (shita)! = F. Ah! (big fright---especially uttered when no surprise at
all but people expect surprise so you say you're surprised) > giongo "biku",
"biku-biku"
Mottainai (naaaa....)! = That's too bad! What a shame! What a pity! (usually
when putting efforts into something that eventually fails or is wasted or
learning japanese)
Are?! (for men) Ara?! (for women) = E. Eh? What?! F. Ca alors! Oh la la!
Eeeeee.....? (thoughtfully rising tone like it's tremendously interesting--used
when listening to really trivial stuff only. for interesting stuff just keep
"gyoro-gyoro" goggling) = E. Really? F. Non? pas possible!
Anoooo..... (best used immoderately) = E. Er..., erm..., uh... F. Euh...
Mmmm.... (written "umu") = F. Pfff... E. Umph! (various meanings ranging from
carelessness to despise via rumination)
etc.
