I find I answered the original post on 2/14/01--

I think it can now be updated to:
L4.9 G4 T2 C4 P5 (!!) S4.9 ....total 24.8
L, G, S are always in process, hence will never reach 5; OTOH P is now set
in stone.
Here's Gwr:
L2 G 0.5 T1 C3 P3.5 S 0.5 ...total a paltry 10.5
If we were to add a "History" rating, both would merit about 3.
