A quick scan didn't provide an answer either way, but it might be there
in that pdf somewhere... but the examples would seem to suggest that
Lisu does lack core case marking, verb agreement, and word order as
possibilities to distinguish A vs P (is it meaningful to talk of
Subjects and Objects if Lisu truly is Topic Prominent?), and I certainly
remember the paper in the "Subject and Topic" that you're talking about
as saying what you said it did.
