I may faint, someone other than me has voluntarily taken the name of
Stargate out into the not-talking-about-Stargate-all-the-time universe.
Dang it, I want to learn Goa'uld (which is, presumably, enhanced Egyptian
with an assigned phonology and junk...) Farscape isn't quite sci-fi, in my
opinion. It's more like Voyager on drugs (or a sober Lexx, depending on how
you want to think about things).
Even before I switched to signing with my full name, everyone always knew I
was female online (even when I was sharing a username with my dad, and the
username was like, 'sadf4392' because it was, like 1987) I'm not sure why.
Of course, with a name like Lloannna, it wasn't hard at all (I adopted that
one when I was 11) to guess; when I was 15 I changed it to Evil Lady
Lloannna and after that everyone has always known who I was (I dropped the
Evil Lady in 1998-00, progressively, and went to my full name when I hit 21
in 2001).
