Thanks again, Remi!  I love Rumor...  I think she's scarier when the image
is negativized.  Marion Zimmer Bradley, huh?  I like her work, but I was
rather hoping this would be a little more radical and scandalous--Melusine
can't bear normal children; she's half snake on Saturday; so she makes a
golem daughter out of the lost parts of artificial women. But I can see
where you're coming from.  It is very fairy-"tailish," and the prose style
probably sounds like MZB a bit.
