Vowel Contractions (A)
a + o > u
a + u > o
a + i > ei
a + e > ei
a + ëo > uyo
a + a > o
a + ay > ei
These contractions all happen when forming the past
tense. The first _a_ is the augment.
Vowel Contraction (B)
a+i > ei (ë)
o + i > ei (ë
ay > ei / _ vowel
ay > ei / _ n
ay > i / _ y
o > i / _ y
u > i / _ y
e > ë / _ a
ē > ei (ë) / _ y
ē > i / _ ei (ë)
ē > i / _ consonants
e > i / _ y
ei (ë) > i / _ e or ë
y > zero / i _ e
y > zero / ë or e _ a
a > i / _ y
y > zero / _ i
u > i / _ i
i > zero / _ i
These all happen BEFORE the consonant changes
mentioned in the previous post.
Vowel Contractions (C)
u + a > o
u + ei or e > ui
e + i > ei (ë)
a + a > a
e + e > e
These all happen AFTER the consonant changes mentioned
in the previous post.

a + k > a + zero
