An elderly man once told me that when he was a boy, they liked to knock
over outhouses on Halloween. :-)
TP-ing still seems to be fairly popular here. But, those are some
wonderfully elaborate tricks you mentioned! :-) A lot more work than
toilet papering someone's house!
