It's found in lots and lots of Swedish dialects, contiguous with the
Norwegian ones that have it.  At least this is the traditiona view.  I for
one pronounce this phoneme as [3\], and I'ld suppose that this is fairly
common.
For doubting central Swedes: I have a minimal pair /h2nA/ 'hen' vs. /h3\nA/
'corner kick'! :-)
