Uralic phonetic alphabet qns

I'm working on an article for Wikipedia about the Uralic phonetic
alphabet, but I don't really know that much about it; in fact, I'm
working on it because Wikipedia had nothing on it, I wanted to know
stuff about it, and I thought I might as well let other people know some
more.
I have a draft of it up at
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Cassowary/Uralic_phonetic_alphabet>,
but it's not finished, probably has errors in it, and I also have a
couple of questions I'd like to ask someone in the know. You need the
Code2000 font installed on your system to actually view most of the
characters, you can get it as a shareware font from the author's site:
Racsko Tamas made a post here in May last year (entitled Re: Questions
about Hungarian, <http://makeashorterlink.com/?X1F912FBB>). Is he still
here? Could I ask you some questions/get you to check it?
Is there anyone else here who knows stuff about the UPA?
If you can, feel free to edit the wikipage.
Thanks!
