There are plenty of native-English-speakers to choose from on that
same website, but none of them have e.g. their "her"s transcribed as [r\=].
The closest it gets is [@`] or [3`] (e.g. the woman from Texas -
http://classweb.gmu.edu/accent/english9.html). Personally, I can't tell
the difference among [@`], [3`], and [r\=], so if you give that a listen and
imagine that "cure" is pronounced to rhyme with that speaker's "her" and
"brother", you'll be pretty close
