Sorry.
Fortune-<number> is a rather unofficial reference to the top <number>
companies on Fortune Magazine's ranking of the top 500 US companies by
size. (Unofficial because the top <number> fluctuates more than membership
in the 500, and because I don't think Fortune itself commonly uses such
terms where <number> is not 500.)
