"She listens good" is impossible in my idiolect. I've certainly heard forms like that, but it sounds uneducated to me. I'd say "She listens well". For that matter, would you call "old" an adverb in "He felt old"? It can't be used as an adverb anywhere else (*"he ran old"). -- "There's no such thing as 'cool'.
