Of course. But electronic journals can hardly have a little boy shouting on the street at the entry of the metro asking if anyone wants the journal :)) .

Just a problem: I hate, being subscribed to something I didn't ask for, whatever that is (the only exception until now is when I was invited to the Ouglopo group, the French-speaking conlang mailing list, only because the idea is nice and the traffic so low that it doesn't bother me :)) ), and I'm quite sure that I'm not alone like that. I think I advertise enough on the list already, that all the people who are interested will react, even the lurkers (if they are readers :)) ). As for people who are not on the list, well everyone is free to distribute the Journal to anyone s/he wants, as long as s/he doesn't make profit out of it :)) . Maybe an invitation to say if they are interested in it, but I won't send the journal to someone who didn't ask for it like that. It's purely rude (or at least I find it rude).
