Is there any reason you don't want to put it up on a website that whoever wishes to can access? Sorry, I haven't been following this thread, so feel free to hit me over the head with a cluestick if needs be. :-)

I wouldn't mind going to a website regularly to download a PDF from there. Anyway, I wanted to comment about the spoon-feed psychology of today's generation, but I think I'll restrain from adding fuel to the flames :-) T -- When solving a problem, take care that you do not become part of the problem.
