The problem with Plain Text is that I don't have a converter to transform for instance diacritics into TeX commands, or titles into real LaTeX titles. It means that for them I'd have to do the conversion by hand, which means it takes a bit more time. So unless someone is ready to do a Plain Text to LaTeX conversion when needed, I don't advise to send me Plain Text files (you can do it, but then make sure that you send them in advance, even compared to the deadline :)) ).

No, I've indeed seen the problem. Already people have proposed: "The International Journal for Language Construction" (which in fact was my very first proposal :)) ).
