I think it is too long. The title should be more catching. What does the
"international" add? It is an online journal, so it is international almost
by definition. Why not something simple like "Conlang Quarterly" (which may
turn into "Conlang Monthly" or even "Conlang Weekly" in the future ;-) ). In
my experience long titles are emant to keep the laymen out, while short
titles, while not always completely clear at first glance, may for that very
reason attract a broader audience of people curious to discover what this
"conlang" thing is all about...
