Grand Master Plan of L3

I have been working for a while on a GMP for my new L3. i have prepared a
web page showing this. I have arrived at it after working through the book
From Latin to Romance in Sound Charts by Peter Boyd-Bowman. After having
working through this, I must admit that my eyes have been opened immensely.
I'd love to be able to write code into a database to be able to translate
(transliterate?) Vulgar Latin into L3. With 44 rules as I have defined them,
I would find it extremely difficult to develop a hierarchy in order to
develop the algorithm. Suggestions are surely welcome in this regard. Given
that there are no Vulgar Latin dictionaries (that I am aware of anyway), I'd
like to know how others have obtained all of their vocabulary.
The link to the GMP is below.
