I have a page semi-documenting the Perl script I use here:
http://www.arthaey.com/tech/programming/interlinear.html
As currently programmed, it assumes the dictionary is pointing to
http://dictionary.arthaey.com for links to entries, and that the
computerized dictionary is in FreezeThaw version of SIL Toolbox
format. Furthermore, you have to manually mark up your texts to show
it where morpheme breaks are; it makes no attempt to even tokenize
your text.
So, as it currently exists, it probably won't do the job for you.
Depending on your exact needs and just how much change is necessary,
though, I might tweak the script for ya.
