Hardly so. At any rate, the form you cited is impossible. And yes, I'd
use _otstraneniye_ translating the German term. I can think only of the
verb from which the noun is derived: _otstanit'(sya)_ or
_otstranyat'(sya)_.

If pressed to it, I'd translate it to English litterally as
'(self-)alien(iz)ation'. Not sure if this sounds OK.
