I would have [EI?"tin] and ["EItin] for <eighteen> and <ateen>[1], so that
mightn't be a problem. But <eighty> and <aty> would be identical.
You could use foreign letter names instead: eight, nine, alpha, beta,
gamma, delta, epsilon, digamma, ten... ;)

[1] Don't look at the vowels, I never know how to get them right. The main
difference is yon stressing.
