Kash (at least in Holunda & the 5 federated states of Yanatros Island):
money in general: toye
paper money: tokapra (toye+kapra 'paper'), colloq. kapi
coins, small change: tomimik (...+mimik 'little'), colloq. miki
principal unit of currency: taruna, colloq. truni. Since _t_ in the
Kash alphabet is similar to our _C_, the truni symbol is idential to the
beloved euro: . I have no idea of its worth or buying power; perhaps about
US$1.20. It is divided into 100 _kurok_ (ult. < kurongo 'hundredth'),
colloq. kroki.
There are coins for k1,2,5,10,25,50, 1,2,5; bills for 5, 10, 25, 50,
100,500; also larger bills not in general circulation.
Most other currencies, even in the Gwr lands, are pegged to the truni, and
it is the currency of world-wide trade.
The banking system is not unlike ours. There are ATMS; most large purchases
are by credit card or check.
