Uatakassí has _sunaplafubláfu_, derived from the verb _plafubláfu_ "to
speak nonsense, to mutter, to be incomprehensible".  Sunaplafubláfu thus
means "One who speaks unintelligibly".  Of course, with the Kassí
worldview, that's pretty much synonymous with "barbarian".  :-)  But, a
foreigner who actually spoke good Uatakassí would probably not be called
_sunaplafubláfu_
