Well, i agree that it's *very important* to distinguish |hholam malei| /o/ from |vav + hholam hhaseir| /vo/, but i don't really have much knowledge of the inner workings of Unicode. I just used (if i inputted it correctly) the A2 solution suggested there to produce a /vo/, and it does look different than |hholam malei| in that font, barely. -Stephen (Steg) "prophets have visions; politicians have none." ~ yair zakovitch
