There are different ways in Obrenje... I haven't given that much thought yet.
<vuga>       /Bu:ga/          "Thanks."  (Noun)
<vuga lew>   /Bu:galEw/       "Thanks to you."
<vukeze il>  /BW"ke:Zil/      "I thank you."
<ovukerde>   /OBW"kErd@/      "That you be thanked."
(I use /W/ for unrounded /u/.  Is that appropriate?)
Other expressions might be used among friends or in special situations,
such as:
<mole i guq drunje>  /"mo:li-gWN"drWnj/  "You're too kind."
The usual retort to a thanking would be something along the lines of:
<kwomow>             /kwO"mOw/           "Willingly."
<naquze i caja>      /na"Nu:Zi-"haja/    "I liked the doing."
<cenow bla il>       /sE"nOwbla"i-l/     "Only for you."
