Can't be a very new book if it has a price tag in D-Mark ;-)
I have already heard of that book a few years ago, though I don't
have read it yet. (Too expensive for me to buy it, and the local
libraries don't carry it.) As far as I know, the same author
has also written a book _Mixed Artificial Languages_ about Volapük
and a number of similar languages.
