Actually, to be more correct, and closer to actual pronunciations, you
should write:
SING. PLURAL
DEFINITE /le'kOl/ /lEze'kOl/
INDEFINITE /yne'kOl/ /dEze'kOl/
The E~e distinction is phonemic.
