The irredentist Hooo

I got one of those annoying random-subject spams today with the subject
line "Re: irredentist Hooo".  In case anyone is looking for an idea, they
might consider the Hoooo, whose language has quadruple-length vowels
and are looking to reclaim the territory they lost long ago to the
neighboring countries.
