First of all, we have no evidence for quadruple-length vowels,
only triple-length ones, and secondly, it seems to be about
territories where Hooo is spoken, but that has never been part
of the fledgling Hooo nation-state. (The original historical
irredentism was about Italian-speaking territory outside the
Kingdom of Italy, which did not exist before 1860. The territory
in question had never been part of the kingdom before.)
