I'm not a devotee but I watch it occasionally on Cartoon Network because
it's so campy and it makes me laugh :). Anyway, sailor moon when she
attacks takes off the tiara she wears, and it turs into a kind of glowing
frisbee.

I think it should be "Moon Healing Activation" At least thats what she
says in the English dubbed versions.
