My great grandfather was a farmer in Kansas. Every morning he'd eat (I
think) eggs, biscuits and gravy, and steak or bacon or sausage. He lived
to be about 92.
Anyway, a common breakfast in the Philippines is Champorrado, which is
rice porridge with chocolate, and eaten with fried fish, usually dilis.
