In Paris certainly. The rest of France is much better, except the South which is
also very bad. Strangely enough, it seems that it is in the most touristic
places of France that people are the most rude, as if they were fed up with
having to deal with tourists. The fact that if tourists stopped spending their
money in France they would lose their jobs doesn't seem to worry them...
French mentality... Guess why I've decided to settle in the Netherlands...
