In Swedish you get _fy fan_ (_fan_/_faen_ indeed being the Devil) and _fan i
helvete_ "devil in hell" (as a general expletive), but the combined form ?_fy
fan i helvete_ isn't in common use among people I know.
Speaking of expletives, I've caught myself saying "seven kinds of hell"
lately. Do any natives use that? - I've got no idea where I may've picked it
up, or if I've accidentally invented it.
