It still would be a cool symbol for the velar lateral... anyway, are there
any natlangs with both [l_0] and [K]? If it's even possible, it would be a
Salishan language most likely, or maybe Na-Dene.
I knew the phonology of Chukchi once, but I forgot. Siberian Yupik I know
for a fact has [K], so that makes more sense. I just expected to see
Cyrillic <y> with a hard sign or a stroke through it.
There are a LOT of Cyrillic letters that haven't been included in Unicode.
They still managed to get Abkhaz in there at least...
