new lang: dgsrdmaphkaskrht

i've started working on a new conlang (and stopped working on karath and
'hadrsakkagrd).  i combined some of my favorite features from karath and
'hadrsakkagrd in dgsrdmaphkaskrht.  the name of this language is
pronounced [kr@T@c].  the orthography is very irregular, so i won't try
to explain it.
