I had to try the Eklektu Babel text. Results: French (0.1267) [!], Latin
(0.1119), BasqueGuipuz (0.0910), and RomanschSursilvan (0.0860).

There certainly is a lot of French influence in Eklektu, but it's unlikely
the ULI could detect French words through the medium of Eklektu spelling.
Looking at the Babel text, I'd guess it's probably picking up on the little
words like "et", "de", and "es".
