No. The middle voice would translate with the noun in agent or patient case,
depending on the verb (X jumps; breaks X).

Positional, and sometimes a classifier change. The gerund/infinitive is the
same whether used as a noun or a verb; to say "a hit", you would change the
classifier at the end of the word.
