Need help for wake

Sadly, I found out today that a friend of mine passed away on
Thanksgiving, and I will be attending his wake a week hence. It will be
a quasi-traditional Irish one, as it happens (quasi- because I understand the
departed is physically present for the festivities in a truly
traditional one, which will not be the case here).
In any case, my departed friend was an Irish traditionalist, a
patriotic expat who supported a unified Ireland (though he opposed the
IRA's terrorism), and a speaker of Irish Gaelic (Gaelige?). So I was hoping
someone could supply me with a traditional toast, or words of comfort for the
widow, or something, that I could learn to say in Irish for the
occasion.
Any help would be appreciated.
Go raibh maith agat.
